Dear Ben, Further to our telephone conversation a few weeks ago, I am writing to express our extreme thanks and confirm our total satisfaction with our wedding video. All three copies are perfect. We knew we could expect a high quality from you, but Mark and I and both sets of our parents were astonished by the professional quality, sound, but especially by the stills and the shots of us walking together. The music you chose was absolutely lovely, particularly for the stills at the end. Mark and I were also pleasantly surprised at the length of the video. Just when you think it is all over, there is more! We were all amazed at the little details you have captured, none of which we had actually noticed on the day. It truly is a wonderful memory of our day and we would like to thank both you and Lynda for all your help. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anybody else.
